Following completion of her studies at the University of Leeds and the College of Law in York, Stacey qualified as a Manx advocate in November 2009 and joined the firm in July 2014.
Stacey’s main areas of practice are private client and trusts, and commercial and residential property.
She has experience in advising both individuals and trust companies on a wide range of trust-related matters including the establishment, administration, variation and termination of trusts. She also advises on all areas of estate administration and planning, including wills and probate, mental health receivership and enduring powers of attorney.
In addition, Stacey advises on a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases and general property law matters.
Whilst private client and trusts, and commercial and residential property are Stacey’s main practice areas, she also has extensive experience in acting for both local and international clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.
