Since being called to the Manx bar in 2004, Nicola has been involved in a wide variety of both local and international disputes. She specialises primarily in commercial litigation and has experience of highly contested company and trust disputes. She also been part of a team advising on applications made by foreign states or regulatory bodies for evidence to be gathered in the Isle of Man for use in proceedings in another jurisdiction. Nicola’s cases have involved proceedings in the Isle of Man Appeal Courts, including the Privy Council.
Chambers 2010 describe Nicola as the Isle of Man Dispute Resolution “associate to watch” and comments that “her star is on the rise”.
